Hbajj Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

1 General Terms

• Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of your balance.
• Hbajj may request age verification via national ID or passport at any time.

4 Betting Rules

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum limits vary by payment method.
• A minimum balance of ৳500 is required to make a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hbajj and will result in immediate account termination:

• Money laundering or transactions involving funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Betting using automated bots or software.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other members.
• Use of third-party payment accounts.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Hbajj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Failure to pass KYC verification.
• Upon receipt of a court order or government directive.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

When an account is closed, any valid balance is generally refunded. However, if the closure is due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.
